Smalls SAL February 2015 Check in Quaker birds byт Little House Needlework

Quaker birds as a wedding metrics I have stitched for my sister. 

I have stitched this Little House Needlework design over 1 thread on tea-dyed Linda 27 to make the size smaller and this had been a mistake. It would be much better over 2 threads.
Nevertheless to make the picture more bright I have been forced to switch from cross-stitching to needlepoint.

 Единственное достижение января - помимо того, что я вообще стала выбираться в блог, это завершенный ангел из Вертепа. Мне как-то он давался трудно, я насилу его закончила, причем половина фигурки к январю у меня была готова.
И в то время, когда девочки уже хвастали своими готовыми вертепами, я изо всех сил стремилась доделать ангела.

I have finished some New Year stitching.
I've become a fan of Little House Needlework designs last year. I've decided not to make a pillow but make a pin keep.
Occasionally  I had not found the piece of linen of proper count that it is why angel is stitched on Linda 27.
